At ModernNisa, we are committed to you and your happiness. In order for us to offer you amazing prices, and exclusive selection in North America we house only limited quantity of a product and therefore cannot process returns except in a very qualified circumstance.
DISCOUNTED/SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE
We have an exchange policy, no return. If you are unsure about your size, please do contact us, hello@cozyteesart.com we are here to help.
- Please contact us 24 hours after receiving the products at hello@cozyteesart.com exchange is nullified.
- Exchange is within 5 days after you receive the item. If we do not receive the items in 7 days then the exchange is nullified. Please use a traceable return.
- The product(s) must not be worn, washed or otherwise damaged in any way.
- You will be responsible to pay the return shipping and reshipping fees.
- At any time, ModernNisa reserves the right to refuse an exchange, if the returned product shows any sign of being worn or when the reason for return is that the product was ordered without reading the product description carefully.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Color Matching – Online Purchases
Due to the limitations of the current electronic display devices, it is NOT possible to accurately ascertain the color of an item, Please try to see our videos on YouTube and TikTok. Any exchanges due to color mismatch are subject to a restocking fee of up to 35%.

Worldwide Shipping
We usually dispatch orders within 24-48 hours. Delivery times vary based on selected service and destination. Regular post ranges from 6 to 25 working days depending on the shipping address.
Express Shipping
We offer express delivery to most locations with tracking available. Express shipping is generally 2-7 working days for the US, Canada, and anywhere from 5-13 working days for other countries.
Customs Fees
